Cabinetry Workshop
Cabinetry designed by Tokoro is manufactured by professional craftsmen in Southern California. Each piece is built individually as per specifications per each order. The quality is exceptional; the beauty is ever-lasting. Each piece is built in hardwood solid alder or veneer alder as is appropriate to each application. Alder is a terrific wood that accentuates custom hand finishes without variance. Joints, edges, surfaces .... all the specific details pertinent to the construction of each case good is superior in quality.

Finish Workshop
Tokoro hand finishes are E-X-C-E-P-T-I-O-N-A-L. Every finish has superior depth with as many as seven glazes layered atop each other to achieve a premium patina. Professional technicians apply each step of a finish by hand, coordinating tones, crackle or distress to achieve the desired effect. Interior Design
Floor plans, fabric coordination and custom designs are available at Tokoro for the discerning individual. These special services allow designers and architects to enlist the expertise of our showroom staff to coordinate textiles with furnishings and finishes. Showroom Pics
Situated in the classic Los Angeles design district (near Beverly Hills), the Tokoro showroom displays a wide variety of products designed exclusively by our creative staff. Hand forged iron, custom built cabinetry, upholstered goods and outdoor solid brass lighting fixtures are but a few of the many collections one may specify. STUDIO RENTALS are also available for set designers looking for that marvelous piece to complement an advertisement or an ensemble of furnishings for that specific movie project. Remember the blockbuster film The Firm? Tokoro provided a majority of the pieces for the set in the Cayman Islands.

Villa Workshop
The "Villa Lighting Collection" is a comprehensive line of solid brass outdoor fixtures that are manufactured individually. Craftsmen at our Los Angeles facility hand solder each fixture and hand dip the lanterns into chemicals to achieve four distinctive and durable finishes. The workmanship and quality of the lanterns is exquisite. The entire collection is UL listed and available for boxing and shipment out-of-state. Available formats are flush mounts, hanging, column/post mounted and those lanterns with brackets.
